摘要：
Let q >= 3 be an integer, and chi be a Dirichlet character modulo q, L(s, chi) denote the Dirichlet L-function corresponding to chi. In this paper, we show some early information on the mean value of the Dirichlet L-functions and give some new identities for Sigma(chi mod q chi(-1)=-1) chi(a)vertical bar L(1, chi)vertical bar(2), where a = 2, 3, or 4. Then we give general identities for the case that the integer a divides q - 1.
