摘要
In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, modern service companies should improve their service quality constantly to satisfy customers. This study builded the service quality evaluation index system of the express companies based on customer satisfaction by questionnaire survey and analysis. Raised targeted measures to improve the service quality; the research has certain reference to the improvement of the service quality of express enterprises.
