摘要
The paper concerns a theoretical model proposed for the surface roughness parameters of a surface created by end-milling processes. A MATLAB function was created for calculate the theoretical values for R(a), R(z), R(v), R(q). This mathematical model can be used as prediction of the surface roughness, comparison with measured surface roughness value it is possible to investigate the effects and interdependences of tool radius corner, feed and radius of circle materialized by the peak 1001017 the machined material surface. The mathematical model permits us to observe that the roughness parameters are not influenced by the distance between the feed vector and the surface measurement profile.
