摘要
Damage mechanisms in hot metal forming processes are accelerated by mechanical stresses arising during Thermal and mechanical properties variations, because it consists of the materials with different thermal and mechanical loadings and swelling coefficients. In this work, 3D finite element models (FEM) are developed to simulate the effect of Temperature and humidity on the model development, using a general purpose FE software ABAQUS. Explicit dynamic analysis with coupled humidity displacement procedure is used for each model. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of both temperature and humidity on the fatigue property of metal forming processes, such as metals, and corresponding behavior in brittle materials, such as intermetallic and ceramics.
