In this paper the armed police emergency logistics network disposing incident is designed to solve rescue supplies problem, according to the rules of armed police task and emergency logistics. Then the emergency logistics optimization model is built and Simulated Annealing Algorithm (SAA) is introduced to find the optimized solution. Combined with expirical case of a city, the model and algorithm are tested to be reasonable, which will provide effective proof for the armed police to make decisions in emergency logistics.
