摘要：
The effort of the Romanian legislator (the new Romanian Civil Code, 2011) in matters of interpretation of contracts is laudable, the rules governed by the Romanian Civil Code of 1864 are present in a new, updated way, such as interpretation according to the concordant will of the parties (sec 3.2), systematic interpretation (sec 3.3), interpretation of doubtful clauses (sec 3.4). We believe that the new manner of presentation of the principles of interpretation of contracts is desirable, at least in economic terms, the wording of the new Romanian Civil Code providing optimal contract character, complete and self-running executable.
