摘要
The methodological choices concerning work analysis and training are obtained form the Organization Action Theory. The work analysis direction can offer to the ergonomics the instruments to determine the sources of stressors and strains. The training process is a part of the union action process, not reducible to a classroom activity. Training process is activated by the needs of analysis of the work situation, wherein its outcomes are appreciated with the analysis outcomes, on the evaluation of claiming and negotiating.
