摘要
The paper characterizes a body of forecast indicators related to Units of Information and Documentation (UID), all of which are needed for establishing the forecast indicator: "Description time for groupings of documents". This indicator will permit determining the time necessary for describing a collection of documents: either one that remains static or one that increases periodically. As a corollary to the research, another forecast indicator makes it possible to determine the amount of descriptive work to be performed on a grouping of documents within a certain amount of time. Finally, the article proposes the importance of introducing these new forecast indicators in a balanced scorecard as a major resource for planning and decision-making in UIDs.
