Laboral Scientific Internship in the English Language Major

The article, a result of the Center for Management and Development Study of Laboral and Scientific Intership (CEMDSLSI) research project, provided the pedagogical experience developed in the third year in the English Language Major at the Holguin University during the academic year 2018-2019. Theoretical foundations on researched work training as a process that promotes the independence, creativity, responsibility, industriousness and integrity of students in training were presented. Besides results of a diagnosis carried out, emphasizing that such a process is based on the formation of skilled students in the use of language as an instrument that guarantees the laboral and scientific performance was presented. The theoretical methods used were the analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. For the empirical analysis, thorough reviews of the documentary and observation of the participants were done. The authors' experience also complemented the theoretical generalizations.
