To Assess Factors Influencing the Application of Information and Communication Technologies in Agricultural Higher Education System of Iran

摘要：
ICT can bring important changes to the agricultural higher education system of Iran. This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing the application of ICT in agricultural higher education of Iran. A questionnaire was developed and data collected from 230 students. The ordinal factor analysis was used and the results show the classification of the factors into six latent variables. The variables were classified in policy, technical, social, financial, educational and human factors. The results show that these factors contributed about 68 percent of variance in the perception of respondents about factors influencing the adoption of ICTs in agricultural higher education.
