摘要
Due to the decreasing share of directly connected rotating electrical machines in the power grid, the volatility of the mains frequency increases. Therefore, fast and precise mains frequency measurement gains more importance. A phase-locked-loop (PLL)-based mains frequency estimation algorithm for single-phase applications was introduced in previous work within the scope of a Power Quality Measurement System Concept (PQMS). In this paper, this algorithm is extended towards a three-phase-measurement using the phasor of the positive sequence to determine the mains frequency and RoCoF. This algorithm is presented and later evaluated in simulations.
