Knowledge Management (KM) has become an important term in modem society, and it has been proved good effect after being implemented in many corporations, especially in intelligence intensive corporations. At the same time, general contractors in China came into a new stage after years of practices. They have to compete with international contractors and they are transforming themselves into intelligence intensive corporations. In this case, the paper suggests that knowledge management should be implemented in general contractors of China. Through analyzing the characteristics of Chinese general contractors, this paper proposes to draw up a frame of the Knowledge Management system for general contractors, such as adjusting the organization's structure properly, setting up a special office to get and sort out various knowledge, constructing a knowledge base to store various information, developing the knowledge-sharing network, forming a well corporate culture to adapt to knowledge management and so on. All these measures aim at the knowledge management's final intention--- keeping sustaining innovation power. The innovation of this study is that the paper stresses and explains the complicated relations among knowledge, human and corporation. And the concept of these relations exists in the whole study to perfect the Knowledge Management system.
