摘要
The teachers should undertake the arduous task of imparting knowledge, educating people and cultivating the constructors and successors of socialist cause and thus their quality can determine the national quality and the future of a country. The normal university is the cradle of teachers, the students in normal university will be people's teachers in future and their accomplishment is closely related with the next generation and the national future. Thus, it has become an important objective of elementary education curriculum reform to enhance the moral education of college students and improve their cultural literacy. Along with the development of elementary education curriculum reform, the normal university students are confronted with the impact of the reform of enrollment and graduation assignment policies, which puts forward higher requirements on their comprehensive quality. The normal university students should be equipped with solid basic knowledge and superb teaching technique and besides the excellent moral trait has become an important selection principle of employer. If taking the current situation of normal university students into consideration, it is easy to find that there exist many problems, which has a severe impact on the employment of normal university students as well as negative effects on Chinese elementary education. National fortune relies on education, and education achievement depends on teachers; the emphasis of teacher quality is on teacher's morality and the enhancement of moral education has become an important link for cultivating high-quality teachers.
