Developing of high-tech and education for qualified high-tech personnel

The world, is facing the new chance brought with developing of high-tech, many countries emphasize developing high-tech to face 21(st) century, emphasize that developing of technology should serve for economy increasing. High-tech is thought as one of the key factor of economy increasing resource, and the qualified high-tech personnel should be key factor of high-tech. For China, high-tech is the most important factor of economy increasing. How to educate qualified high-tech personnel successfully is a strategic task for education, especially higher education-This paper will discuss reform of qualified high-tech personnel education (mostly higher education) in China.
