摘要
We demonstrate a mode-locked fiber laser using BN-wrapped SWCNT as a high power-tolerant saturable absorber. The new saturable absorber shows a significantly higher optical damage threshold and a great potential for various high-power optical applications. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
