摘要
Due to the rapid development of the industry, the requirement of the power quality is more rigorous than ever. In spite of a short period of time of power outage, it will lead to a large amount of loss. In order to reduce the occurrence of power outage, the development of power quality monitoring system is essential. At the present time, some power companies equipped many high technology companies and their own distribution system with monitoring facilities of the power quality. Because of the building of the monitoring system, many departments' information about power quality of the power company can be integrated and shared with each other. In order to monitor the states of the system, this paper will design a database management system to store the data of power quality and a friendly man-machine interface. In this paper, the concept of the Web database will be used to set up the system, and the technique of 3-tiers client/server architecture was adopted. Users can operate this system through the browser. According to the users' authorities, they can request the data show, graphical display or modification of the database.
