摘要
The advancement of marketization of interest rate and the significant development of financial innovation and the banking sector restructuring integration of financial innovation promote the demand of the internal risk management. M bank's business and benefits have been increasingly expanded in the past 15 years. However the financial crisis was a wake-up call to the M bank's risk management. In order to avoid the potential risk, M bank's fragile risk management system must be improved. This paper aims at telling us several shortcomings of the M bank's risk management and then analyzes the specific deficiencies and makes some constructive suggestions to improve the level of M bank's risk management. This paper combines literature research method with case analysis method to illustrate the problem of M bank's risk management in detail. Through analyzing the status quo of M bank's risk management and the existing problems, this paper points out that the M bank's risk management is vulnerable in such aspect as cognition, technology, system. Those vulnerabilities directly affect the development. This paper analyses the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Those countermeasures Includes the risk management culture, the implementation of comprehensive risk management, the update of risk management tools and the improvement the risk management team construction and so on. So as to promote M bank's risk management system.
