An optimal control approach for an energy transport model in semiconductor design

摘要：
In this paper an optimal control approach for the Energy Transport model in semiconductor device design is presented. After proving an existence result for the minimization problem, the first-order optimality system is derived and an existence result of Lagrange-multipliers is established.
