摘要
This paper introduces a method for nondestructive testing of the surface of 3D homogeneous parts. This method is for the problem of nondestructive testing of the homogeneous parts of a pipe type or with a hole. Transforming the measured parts into 3D model by using the space element representation. The 3D model is composed of the body element. According to the characteristics of the model, the information of each layer of the three parts is collected. The part is immersed in the solution in a layer by layer. The area of the sheet and the position of the center of mass can be found out by calculating. Image collection will be carried out on the edge of the parts per layer. Lattice information can be obtained by applying image processing techniques. Then, the body element coordinates of the part are calculated by applying the intelligent calculation method. So, we can determine the surface defects and the location of the defects.
