摘要
In present work the translational dynamics of domain boundaries in ferroelectrics is investigated. The common expressions for effective mass of domain wall and coefficient of quasi-elastic force effecting on the boundary from the field of the charges on the surface of the material are obtained in the long-wave limit for quasi-optic branch of the vibrations, where the neibouring walls displace in opposite directions. The influence of defects of crystalline lattice on the spectrum of translational vibrations of domain boundaries are calculated as well. It is shown that temperature dependencies of spectrums of the vibrations of domain boundaries depend on the type of defects interacting with domain walls.
