Equalising the toothed wheel load in a planetary gear

摘要
The uniformity of turning moment's distribution on the particular paths, together with the distribution of loads along the mesh in the planetary gear, has the crucial influence on its durability. The uniformity, dependent on the precision of teeth production and their fixation, can be corrected by using the new way of the presented fastening of the axles' pins of the satellite wheels in the Gage. It depends on the elastic and independent fixation of the axles' pins in rows in the circumferential direction, inside the planetary cage. The conducted analysis has shown that for the static loads the equalising of the distributed power on the particular paths as well as the improvement of the loads distribution along the meshes can be obtained.
