摘要
This article explores the ways that families perceive their relationships with the staff in long-term care facilities. Qualitative interviews were conducted with 27 families who had elder members in two facilities in Ontario, Canada. The families identified the staff characteristics that they valued and the ways they developed relationships with staff members.
