摘要
The business group needs a proper management control system to develop rapidly. Effective group management control system is based on both internal and external environment. It is an organic system including a large number of mutual influences and supporting elements. Existing research focuses on the basic theory of the group, group management control, and environmental impact on the group. Through the analysis and summary of the research on the prestigious management journals of "Accounting Research", "Management World", "Nankai Business Review" and "China Accounting Review", three conclusions are obtained. First, the growth of group should be adaptable to the environment; second, the institutional environment of different countries affects group management control system, group management control model and group management control diagnostics and group governance mechanisms; third, as the environment changes, the group management system changes continuously. But there is one issue should be studied which is the impact of the environment of different region on the group management control.
