Implementation of the Community Support Framework programs in the Czech Republic

摘要
Czech Republic has jointed the EU and therefore has gained the opportunity to use financial assets from EU funds. On the 18th December 2003 the Czech Republic finally finished negotiation process about strategy and implementation of structural funds in the shortened programming period 2004-2006. The Czech Republic is after Poland and Hungary the third largest recipient of Structural Funds and of the Cohesion Fund amongst the new Member States. The European Council in Copenhagen (December 2003) committed to the Czech Republic for the period 2004-2006 almost is an element of 1.7 billion under the EU Structural Funds and some is an element of 0.9 billion under the Cohesion Fund. The aim of the paper is to acquaint with basic framework of cohesion policy in the Czech Republic and course of utilization EU structural aid in the Objective 1. Conference paper deals also with evaluation process of Community Support Framework in the Czech Republic.
