摘要
In this paper, a new type of cluster measuring and controlling device for the interval layer of intelligent substation is developed, which uses several cluster measuring and controlling devices to realize the whole station monitoring function. The selection of various hardware platforms is compared and analyzed, the appropriate main processor is selected and the peripheral design is carried out, and the composition of the new type of cluster measurement and control device is expounded. The test and trial results show that the developed cluster measurement and control device fully meets the requirements of intelligent substation monitoring system, and its performance exceeds the requirements of national standard, and can be completely compatible with the existing operation, maintenance and management mode of intelligent substation monitoring system.
