摘要
This paper proposes a maintenance optimization model for substation equipment using reliability centered maintenance approach. Two types of substation equipment, the transformer and circuit breaker are considered. Total expected cost of maintenance cost, repair cost and potential outage cost are minimized to get the optimal maintenance strategies. Markov reward model is employed to evaluate the overall maintenance cost and repair cost. The combined Markov model and universal generating function (UGF) method are used to evaluate the potential substation outage cost. Genetic algorithm is used to get the optimal maintenance strategies. The proposed approach is applied to a typical substation configuration. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
