摘要：
Ciudad de Los Angeles neighborhood (Villaverde District, Madrid) has a workers' origin and this generated a promotion of housing built with scarce resources that immediately began to present structural, constructive and energetic pathologies. ASVEYCO neighbors' association, promoted the declaration as Integral Rehabilitation Area and Integrated Rehabilitation Zone by the City Council of Madrid. Between 2005 and 2016 it allowed a process of rehabilitation of both a large part of the houses and the public space was developed, facing the problems of habitability, energy and accessibility, among others, existing in the field.
