摘要
Singular value decomposition (SVD) has been successfully used in the analysis of time-resolved crystallographic data. A new software package for Linux-based operating systems, called SVD4TX, has been developed. In contrast to an earlier version of the SVD program, written in Fortran, the new program provides a GTK+-based graphical user interface for easy user guidance through the entire SVD process. New features, such as an improved, more stable routine to determine a compatible kinetic mechanism, are implemented in the SVD4TX program package so that it provides almost all the necessary tools for a semiautomatic and effective SVD-based analysis of time-resolved crystallographic data in one program package.
