摘要
A lot of researchers have done a lot of research concerning on definition of routines. They also have been proposed quite dissimilar approaches representing the levels, types, and aspects of organizational routines. This review paper concerns on salient area of research exposing the importance of organizational routines. The main aim of the presented review is to collect and synthetize research results uncovering specific levels, types, and aspects in the routines' domain. On the basis of extensive studies concerning routines research in this paper it has been proposed a systematization of routines. The stream of research regarding routines is rich in different groupings of the construct. Hence the main concern of the paper is to systematize diverse approaches in this context as to provide epistemological and methodological outcomes differentiating routines' levels, types, and aspects. The paper is a review one. The results presented here are of value for future research in this stream of studies and can be treated as a starting point in researching routines in any field.
