A brief analysis on exploiting human capital in Northeast sustainable development

The revitalization of China's Northeast industrial base is of great political and economic significance in many different perspectives, and one of the most important tasks is how to achieve sustainable development. Human capital is the original dynamic which drives the economy on the track of sustainable development for Northeast. The main purpose of the paper is on how to make good use of human capital to accelerate the process of sustainable development in the Northeast industrial base. Concentrating on the current situation of human capital in Northeast, the paper will further exploit this issue in the following four aspects.
