Modeling of drip velocity soft sensor in Chinese Materia Medica Pilule Manufacturing Process based on PCA-FUZZY hybrid modeling method

摘要
The drip velocity is an important quality variable in Chinese Materia Medica Pilule Manufacturing Process, but it is difficult to be obtained by physical sensor directly. Therefore Principal Component Analysis and Fuzzy Inference hybrid modeling method (PCA-FUZZY) is supposed for building drip velocity soft sensor model indirectly. The PCA-FUZZY method can get more information from input quality variables, so it can promote precision of model and remain simplicity of model. This paper introduces the principle of the PCA-FUZZY hybrid modeling method, constructs the Pilule velocity soft sensor model and compares the soft sensor model with other modeling method.
