This editorial highlights a recent article that explored the role of RAS/mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signaling in an important group of sarcomas, undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcomas. The editorial discusses the current state of the field, the implications of the new findings, and the developing state of clinical trials related to these targets.
