摘要
This paper studies the factors of influencing perceived quality of internet banking. The model of perceived quality of internet banking is established on the basis of theoretical research and china's reality. And the model is tested by LISREL8.7 and SPSS17.0. The study finds that the reliability, ease of use, sensitivity, and quality of information have a significant positive impact on the perceived quality of internet banking. However, perceived risk has a significant negative impact on perceived quality of internet banking.
