The research and application of the hydraulic control system used on large walking beam furnace

摘要
A hydraulic control system is self-developed and used in the 1250 continuous caster tandem rolling production line. Electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, two-way cartridge valve technology and energy-saving hydraulic circuit are adopted in this hydraulic control system. The load on the bottom machinery of heating-furnace Could reach 500 t using this system. The reliability of this system has been proved under the condition of high pressure in production process. The principle is of great important to the research of the large metallurgy hydraulic control system.
