摘要
Results of a factor analysis of survey data from educational leaders and faculty members of six regional state universities identified six distinctive attitudes: research orientation, teaching orientation, rewards influence research, rewards influence teaching, personal interest, and mission of the university. A multivariate analysis of covariance revealed that educational leaders differed from professors on teaching orientation, rewards influence teaching, and mission of the university.
