摘要：
Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) and Dynamic Measurement are much more noted in latest years. Dynamic Measurement based on CSCW could not only take advantage of CSCW's cooperative surroundings, but also retrieve multi-type real-time data, which will cut much more measurement cost than traditional ways. This paper presents a system model of dynamic measurement based on CSCW and implements its interface circuit to computer, and addresses main framework of critical program finally.
