摘要：
The present study on the status of the application of investment appraisal methods aims on the one hand to trace historical development lines with regard to the practical application of different investment appraisal methods. On the other hand, the current situation should show connections between different influencing factors, such as investment volume, growth, company size, and the design of the analysis of the investment objects. Finally, the relationship between success and use of investment appraisal methods will be examined.
