摘要
Currently, methods of scientific analysis and evaluation of the teachers' comprehensive quality in the existing higher vocational schools, and set up a rational and feasible evaluation system for higher vocational teachers' comprehensive quality are very necessary. In addition, it is of extensive value for us to accurately analyze and evaluate the present situation of teachers' comprehensive quality which can be promoted by directional training to evaluate new teachers or existing teachers, etc. Therefore, the author structured an evaluation index system for comprehensive quality of higher vocational teachers from eight respects, such as ideology and politics quality, scientific research quality, double qualified quality etc which preceded application of Analytical Hierarchy Process to confirm index weightings and then subjection of the data to the fuzzy evaluation model.
