摘要：

As the vocational education teachers' training base of the national key construction, Guangxi University of Technology begins to recruit the students as vocational education teachers from 2005. According to the characteristics of the secondary vocational education, how to give the vocational ability training for the students as vocational education teachers of major in electron has been a problem for many years. The article analyses the current situation that the students as vocational education need to change from the professional ability training to vocational ability training. We have a exploration in vocational ability training for the students as vocational education teachers have formed a set of methods in teaching practice, which have its own characteristics and have got some good results.
