摘要
This paper presents a systematic literature review and bibliometric analyses of publications in the field of Quality Management System (QMS) by authors who applied artificial intelligence (AI) in ISO 9001:2015 audits. Scopus-indexed papers that were published from 1998 to 2021 were evaluated based on the research publication metrics made available by Scopus. From the 142 extracted Scopus-indexed publications in September 2021, 109 or 76 percent of the publications remained after Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) procedure. Analyses and visualizations using VOSviewer reveal research productivity, affiliation and collaboration networks in various countries, and the corresponding relationship between research networks in the field of AI-enabled QMS. Findings reveal that QMS is leaning towards sustainability, big data, and applied technological innovations.
