摘要：
The paper presents an analysis of about 2500 fundamental sources of Russian-language information on Earth cryology which have been used in the development of IcePE, a computerized information retrieval system in the fields of permafrost engineering, glaciology and ice engineering. The data base is organized into six sections: I Thematic publications in engineering cryology; II Design manuals and research guides; III Textbooks and educational materials; IV Theoretical and regional publications; V Maps and atlases; VI Dissertations. Cryology. Permafrost engineering. Glaciology. Ice engineering. Snow. Ice. Frozen ground.
