摘要：
At the beginning of this paper, a brief introduction has been given for China's production circumstance of crude oil, then technical means of cluster analysis has been used for the research of geographical distributions for China's crude oil output, the analysis of import and export of China's crude oil has also been discussed in this paper, strategic suggestions on the effect utilization of crude oil has been proposed in the end.
