摘要：
On the basis of the relationship of the conception of constructivist teaching and the organizational behavior science, firstly it points out the basic views of the conception of constructivist teaching and the teaching designing principles of constructivism. Secondly, it then punctuates the teaching ideas and teaching design of organizational behavior in the guide of the conception of constructivist Finally, it proposes some advice to the examination reform of organizational behavior in the perspective of conception of constructivist teaching.
