摘要：
The society is an information society today, the news as part of the information with large amount of information, the variety, the characteristics of various forms, so news publish system concept thereon. In this paper, the era of information and dissemination of news releases new features, research and design news publish system, news publish mode and client's browser side is design for a specific, all of the proposed framework are design also. Throughout the system design, J2EE, AJAX and database technology were using, the completion of a set of all the processes of news publishing system use web application with information technology.
