Kinetics and mechanism of photochemical hydrolysis of enolpyruvic acid phosphoric ester

摘要
It was found that phosphoric ester of enolpyruvic acid when excited by UV-light at 20 degrees C losts its phosphoryl group under participation of acids and bases. Increasing of temperature up to 50 degrees C causes the dissociation of fotoexcited molecule into enolpyruvate and metaphosphate, which in its turn phosphorylates ions HPO42-, H2P2O72- and AMP.
