摘要：
The paper reflects a few theoretical synthesis and some contributions in research area pointing the knowledge of management involvement grade and other decisional factors, in change implementation at structure levels in public sector. The approached research, we consider it imposes, taking into consideration the importance of conditional connection between the efficiency activity in public sector and the results of economic al and social nature that is obtained in our society.
