摘要：

This paper analyzes the technical English (EST) vocabulary has three main features: technical terms, semi-technical terms and non-technical terms; In modern English, there are 3 main types of English words: base, derivative and compound; A method of English for science and technology: derivation, conversion, compounding, shortening and analogical creation.
