摘要：
The equilibrium behavior of the three-dimensional (3D) classical charged particles moving in a homogeneous background is investigated by using a modified cluster integral expansion method. A partial summation of the multi-loop diagrams is applied to extending the equation of state to the next order beyond the ring approximation.
