Tentative research of apocynum venetum degumming with aerobe

摘要
The research was about utilizing aerobe to degum apocynum venetum. By analying chemical composition, drew a conclusion that hemicellulose and pectin were the main composition in bacterial degumming. Through experiments researched the influences on bacterial degumming of initial pH value, bath ratio, temperature, degumming time, and rotational speed of oscillator. Then chose some parameters and optimized by orthogonal experiment. Experimental results showed that the preferred processing parameters are as follows: K2HPO4 . 3H(2)O is 0.8 g/100ml to make initial pH value above 9.1, bath ratio is 1:25, temperature is a 42degreesC, time for degumming is about 24 h, rotational speed of oscillator is not lower 150 r/min. Using this kind of aerobe and adopt these parameters, the residual gum percentage of apocynum venetum can reach about 15%.
