摘要：

In recent years, the occupational pension has developed rapidly. But the state-owned enterprise annuity and bank enterprise annuity account for more than 80% of enterprise annuity. Private enterprises account for only a small portion of annuity. Zhejiang is the most developed private economy Province. Based on the part of private enterprises in Zhejiang province visited understanding, Analysis of Zhejang private enterprise annuity development barriers, Corresponding suggestions are put forward.
